Which is better for my iphone 3G - IOS4.1 or IOS3.1.3 ?

Hi All,

I recently got a Jailbroken and Unlocked "iphone 3G". it has IOS4.0.1. I am not happy with the speed it launches applications.Pls suggest which is better IOS4.1 or IOS3.1.3??

1. If IOS4.1 - How can i upgrade my jailbroken/unlocked phone from IOS4.0.2 to IOS4.1?? Is it available??

2. Downgrade to IOS3.1.3 - How to downgrade the same JB phone to IOS3.1.3. WHihc is better tool? DO i need to unlock it if i JB?? Atleast I feel there is life in it.

please suggest whether upgrade to 4.1 is better or Downgrade to IOS3.1.3 is better...in terms of speed and battery. Suggest best tools doing this....

My 3G is sluggish and slow and cranky (Closes apps unexpectedly.), and a general pain in the butt...I like my 2G better.
