I have a 3GS with (MB) Old Bootrom running 4.0.2 never have been Jailbroken. Is there a way I can jailbreak right now???

Besides, model MB doesn't mean it's an old bootrom phone, so maybe OP can't use custom firmwares at all.

With jailbreakme.com's exploit no u cant do custom firmwares chich is why u have to downgrade to 3.1.2 with blackra1n then update

That's not entirely true. There's jbme2pwn available on the iwoowiz repo that does the same thing for jailbreakme users that spirit2pwn did for spirit users.
