How to backup App Data?

Hey guys!

Just wanted to be proactive and start backing up all my game and app data now for when the 4.1 comes out..

I heard there is an App from Cydia called AppBackup which will let me do that, but can you guys show me how to manually backup all the game data as well? I haven't been able to find this information anywhere!

Absolutely. For me AppBackup does not work (crashes to Springboard) so I want to back up data manually.
