Hi, I upgrade my Iphone 3GS 3.1.2 to 4.0, I made a backup before upgrade but after I upgrade it to 4.0 I try to restore my backup from itunes it gives me an error "iTunes could not restore the iphone because the iphone refused the request", i have another backup from May and when I restore from this backup it don't give me that error, can someone help me about this issue? I have a lot notes and contact that is important and is in the last backup.
What tools can help me extract the backup? by the way the backup is encrypted.
