I have an iPhone 4. It was running 4.0.2 and the top 10s in itunes.app would not load so I upgraded to 4.1 and It still did not resolve the problem any ideas other then restoring?


And of course the iPhone is not jailbroken nor has it ever been its just stock. Came with 4.0.2.
