3GS with 4.02 questions...

I kept getting a error and I need my phone for business calls so in a last ditch effort I restored to 4.02 just so I could have a phone for a day

What do I need to do do downgrade to 4.0 and then jailbreak it?

I tried to somewhat search for this but kind of hard to search for it.

Google, download, and install "The Firmware Umbrella"

READ the README file, it will explain how to downgrade the phone and then just jailbreak it using whatever JB applies to that specific iOS (jailbreakme.com works on 3.1.2 to 4.0.1)
