3G not working on Jailbroken iPhone 4 4.0.1

Hey guys, got home from school today to see "no service" for my signal. I rebooted it, nothing. Reset my network settings, nothing. Turned off data and 3g, nothing. Tried reset again and got bars, 3g and E to cycle from on to off but nothing actually working. So after about an hour of play i got it to work, phone and data by turning only 3g off. Here is the problem though i want 3g for speed. If i turn it on everything stops working again. I of course dont want to reinstall the whole system and have to rejailbreak etc. You guys have any ideas?

If this is a new issue then you need to see what stuff you've recently installed from Cydia that might be effecting it.
