Can carriers determine that your using Skype VoIP on 3g?
I am getting prepped for a trip to England and had planned on taking my JB and unlocked I4 (with My3G) to get a pay as you go for skype calls home.
One kicker in my plan though is that all the "fair use" rules say that VoIP and computer tethering are not allowed, which are the two things I really wanted to do. I know tethering is invisible, but Is skype over 3G something that can be tracked? If so, has anyone actually had an issue with it?
Thanks
