Saving jailbreak apps

Hi I'm running an iPhone 4 running ios 4 I have it jailbroken and I have several jailbreak apps that I paid money for so my question is can I save all these apps so when I upgrade to ios 4.1 I won't have to pay for all of these again I know the jailbreak isn't out for ios 4.1 I'm speaking about when it does
Come out I just want to know what I can do to save my apps

Usually Rock has a system where you create a Rock ID and it saves your jailbroken apps to the ID so when you update all you have to do is sign in and do one massive app upload, BUT since Rock was just recently bought out by Cydia its not clear how the move will be and if Rock ID's will transfer over.
Any hard core Cydia users know more than this please correct me..

Your Rock apps purchased will be transferred over to Cydia. Rock will dwindle away and you will log in through Cydia to get to all of your Rock purchases eventually.
