just got my iphone and i have updated to 4.1 and now a can not jailbreak it is there any way to downgrade

The only way you can downgrade is if you saved your SHSH for 4.0.1 with cydia or tiny umbrella. If you didn't there is no way to downgrade and you will have to wait for the new jailbreak to come out.
