Can't sync after jailbreak

Hi!

I have jailbroken my iPhone 3 using jailbreakme.com

but now I can't sync with iTunes.

I have appsync already (not sure if this is what it's for!)

my phone is running version 3.1.3 as well if that's any use!

Any ideas what I should do or where I should look to fix this????

It gives me the error:

the iPhone 'suki' can't syncronise. It has produced unknown error (13019)
