Cannot open any app
I am running 4.0.1 and downloaded Lockdown from Cydia; Once I did, it showed up as an app on my screen and when I opened it, it went into Safe Mode. After a restart, I am not able to open any app at all. Any app that I click on opens but never goes beyond the opening screen. I've tried DFU restore and nothing. I don't have SSH installed. I can't open anything at all.
I am desperate for help.

You restored the phone as new?

No because it will upgrade to 4.2 and will deny me a JB and unlock for T-Mobile.

You don't have your shsh blob for 4.0.1 saved? When you look at lockdown in cydia it has a big warning saying not for use with 4.0.
I don't think you will get around having to restore. You can always buy a phonebook sim off ebay so you can activate then jb and unlock it, if you have your shsh blobs that is.
