Exploitable Backups?
Time after time I notice that a customer Carrier string as well as the setting for text signal and wifi carry over after restoring a backup. Is this at all exploitable? For example Jailbreak 4.0.1 backup and restore onto 4.1 with exploit code within the carrier string?
These are just thoughts, I wish I knew more about the backend of a jailbreak so I could evaluate my thoughts better.

That's an interesting thought but I'm quite sure that Apple knows that this can happen and has probably blocked this from running code as this is really just a simple text string.
I agree if someone knows more about this please speak!
