help! i'm stuck in the safe mode

i jailbroke my iphone 3gs using jailbreakme,
everything worked fine until i installed a theme on winterboard,
my iphone respringed and a "Sad Iphone" by Geoff Stearns comes up.
i tried to remove everything i've installed through cydia, i reboot my iphone a million times, i jailbroke my phone again, and used crash reporter, but none of the methods worked.
can anyone help?

by the way, i did tried to restore it,
but i have to upgrade to 4.0.2 if i want to do that.
there is no jailbreak for 3gs ios4.0.2 for windows at this moment right?

Restore to 4.0.1, use google to find ispw, then re-jailbreak, presume you've got your shsh blobs backed up in Cydia ??

it says "this device has SHSHs on file for i{hone OS/iOS: 4.0, 4.0.1" on the front page of cydia,
does it mean i have my shsh blobs backed up in cydia already?

The firmware can be downloaded from here :
iClarified - iPhone - Where To Download iPhone Firmware Files From
You have to point your hosts file to Cydia.
If you are using PC, your hosts file is located here Cwindows\system32\Drivers\etc\hosts

Open the hosts file with Notepad, you need run as Admin.
Add this line to the very bottom & it looks like this

#127.0.0.1 gs.apple.com
#74.208.10.249 gs.apple.com
74.208.105.171 gs.apple.com

save it and reboots your pc
Then put your Iphone into Recovery mode
& Do the Shift + Restore to 4.0.1 or 4.0
