iPhone won't sync with iTunes

Tried searching but couldn't really find the answer..

Anyways everytime I jailbreak my phone (3g 4.0.1) everything goes perfectly and no problems come. After about a week my phone just stops syncing with itunes. It says it is, it makes a backup and everything but whatever I want transferred onto the phone doesn't get transferred. I have had to restore it a good 5-6 times since 4.0 came out. Anyone have the solution? I'm tired of restoring

I figured it out. Just delete everything related to Voice Memos (both on itunes and iphone). Make sure all the memos are deleted on your phone, get rid of the Voice Memos off the playlist and make sure you have Voice Memos unsynced with your phone. For some reason the voice memos screw everything up.
