Kernel error 4 double panic while trying to restore my screwed up iphone 4

Hi all!

Totally screwed up !
Have ip4, jailbroken (obv with jailbreakme), unlocked on 4.0.1.

I installed iblacklist 4-02 and then rebooted my device. When i rebooted, during apple logo screen, screen was corrupted with patchy apple logo screen visible at bottom and mid right of the phone. Acc to me, it was apparent that my jailbreak data was corrupted.

Funny thing is my phone wud boot to homescreen once the phone was completely discharged at that corrupted logo screen. Then it wud work for a while, and then again reboot to that corrupted screen.

So, I ssh'd all the data and then decided to restore.

While restoring, behind apple logo screen, weird codes appeared with some hexadecimal (mostly linking to some corrupt sector on HD) paths. First line read "kernel error 4 and double panic".

Now the problem is I am not able to restore. Whenever I try to restore, at "Preparing iphone to restore" screen - apple logo on ip4 become corrupted with weird lines of all different colors running all around.

Is this repairable ? If I go to Apple store, will they come to know that I have jailbroken ip4 ? I had no worries, if I cud restore ... crapppppppppp
