[Help]upgrade 3gs 3.1.3 to 4.0.1

ok i have 5.12.01 base band
3gs on 3.1.3
and i have the SHSHs for 4.0.1 but idk how to use that to upgrade to 4.0.1. can any1 explain to me how to do this pls?

I was wondering if you could help me out? I'm completely clueless as how to upgrade my phone to 4.?? anything, from my current 3.1.3, the problem being I have looked on Cydia and according to the 'Green text' I have no SHSH for 3.1.2?

I've Forecast my phone for your information (Below) Can you help me out? i have no idea which guide to use?
