How to DOWNGRADE or HACK iPhone 4G 4.0.2

I bought my iPhone 4G, just about.. a week ago.. maybe less.
And they have it already updated to 4.0.2, and I looked at that site I was so relieved, that now to jailbreak your phone it's SO EASY.

Of course only problem now, is I have to find out how to downgrade my iPhone 4G to 4.0.1

I need some help, and I don't want to lose my applications.. for some reason I always used to with the first iPhone I got.

you will always lose your apps when you restore, just sync afterwards to put them back on the phone
