Need Help Fixing My Bricked iPhone!!!

Okay I accidently dragged a folder into another folder on my iPhone while using SSH. & now my iPhone is stuck on the apple screen. & can't restore it, because i'm on T-Mobile. Any idea on how to fix it.

your options are:
1. use a usb software such as diskaid to move the folder to the correct place.
2. use software such as juicephone and backup any important stuff
3.Restore ? not that hard?

Sorry I used the wrong term lol. Well the thing was that I was original on 4.0 & I couldn't restore back onto 4.0 because iTunes made me restore it to 4.0.2. I was able to fix it by restoring in on 4.0.2 & using redsnow to jailbreak it. Everything worked fine

i think i have a bricked iphone coz it is stock in recovery mode after trying to make a nor backup.i did a dfu restore,still nothing.i think i got already all the itunes error.itunes is saying that i have a nand failure.maybe you can try to help me?please and thank you
