Interesting situation

I decided to restore my iphone4 running 4.0.2 using the original backup form when it had 4.0.1 jailbroken. (did not have blobs saved... I know stupid mistake so keep your smart traps shut).
After the restore I still had 4.0.2 but I am now getting all if the blanks from the Cydia app to install blanks. Just trying to figure out if there is a way to bridge the gap and get Cydia back o. From that old restore point? Suggestions, theories?

nope, there is no way at this point, that's why it is never recommended to restore from a backup of a jailbroken phone because it carries over some jailbroken items that can cause problems

Sorry but nope. You will have to restore and setup as new and wait.

Restoring from backup of a jailbroken phone is not suggested as it sometimes carries over stuff that may affect the phones performance and other items.

wasn't me, actually after looking at mine I thought I might need to elaborate a little and didn't realize you had posted or I wouldn't have added the extra stuff, but hey since when is too much information or knowledge a bad thing

Thanks gents. Will restore and set up as new. That may be why my battery is draining a bit faster than usual.
