springboard icons

Every time I relocate an app on my screen either to another or in a folder that app stays see through. Sometimes while moving into a folder all the app icons clear up (see through)? I end up having to re-spring to correct the problem!!! Any suggestion for a quick fix?

Somebody else had this problem... I think he had to restore. Did you try doing this without your theme enabled?

Edit* sorry I didn't mean theme, I meant wallpaper.
