Restore iphone 4 to 4.0 from 4.01 JB

Please, I am new to the Apple world and not a fan of the jailbroken iphone 4. Can some one point me in the direction I need to restore my 4 to 4.0 unjailbroken?

Thank you for the help and not bashing me for not wanting a jailbroken phone.

If you want to ditch the jailbreak entirely, you can just connect to iTunes and restore to go back to 4.0.2.
