iTunes deleting Apps

Hello, I have a new iPhone 4 and whenever I hook my iPhone up to iTunes to put music on it, it deletes all my "other" apps. Anyone have any idea how to stop this from happening?

Yes, buy the apps and iTunes will let them stay.

I never said cracked or pirated, there are third party apps as well.

What's an example of an app it's removing? Your right there are third party apps, such as packages installed from cydia. Like mywi, nes, cydia, rock, ifile, etc. The thing is though, iTunes doesn't have the ability to remove these by syncing.

The only time iTunes might erase apps is if they are unchecked in the apps tab on the iPhone page or you are trying to sync with another library..... or if you pirated them. iTunes (like jkmoney said) can't delete jailbroken apps.

This smells of piracy on many facts. Several have already been named. Cydia Apps do not even show up in iTunes to sync. The only ones that do that are cracked apps.

And iTunes is well known for deleting these because of this reason. So I am going to close this thread because we do not help with cracked apps/warez/piracy. If you can prove me otherwise please PM me the reasoning and the proof and I will reopen the thread.
