problem finding backup file.

bassicly something has made my springboard crash no matter when i reset it it still crashes on bootup.

so im trying to restore and i cannot find a single backup file while clicking shift and restore. all my files are visable (not hidden)

when i try and restore i go to
CUsers\Kerrie\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup
(using mums laptop my laptop is smashed after punching it cause my old iphone cocked up lol)
and i have 3 files. i go to the most recent one. on windows explorer on its own it shows a few files the extension is called MBDB & MDBX yet when its on itunes it comes up with 2 shortcuts and not a single ISPW file. someone help asap!

found it in CUsers\Kerrie\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\iTunes\iPhone Software Updates

but will i loose all my data now?

yes you will lose everything, sync before you restore and again afterwards to get you contacts, etc back
