Can we Jailbreak a new Iphone 4 with 4.0.2?

I have a 3GS with the SHSH on cydia. My phone is being upgraded from apple free to the new iphone 4 4.0.2. Is there a way that I am able to jailbreak it when it gets here? I rely on my cydia apps to work and everything. Please let me know. and give me the site where I cam get the instructions please and thank you.

well RIGHT WHEN YOU GET YOUR IPHONE you need to get umbrella..... IMMEDIATLY...... and go on there and save your SHSH for 4.0.1 before apple stops signing them..... and then use this guide to help you downgrade...... the onlt thing that will be different i do believe is you are just going to use 4.0.1 instead of 3.1.2..... if i am incorrect then someone else will correct me..... but the first part i know i am right on.....

There's really no need to follow a guide to downgrade right now. Just download the 4.0.1 firmware and shift-restore in iTunes. When it's done, if iTunes gives the 1004 error, kick it out of recovery with TinyUmbrella.

i had read in some post that apple stopped signing 4.0.1 so i was just including that just incase it was true...

Wait for a new jailbreak to be released.

My guess is that at least 4.1 will be released before we see a new jailbreak. Don't know if they even have an exploit ready, but if they do I doubt they'll waste it on 4.0.2

I'm fairly certain that Apple don't charge at all for iOS upgrades when it comes to phones.

dying here. i need my hacked iphone. went from a 2g on tmobile to this ****.
tried downgrading but gave error. Do yo uknow if downgrade is possibel without a blob?

No It's not. If the phone came new out of the box with 4.0.2 then your stuck. There likely won't be a new jailbreak until 4.1 is released.
