I have an iphone 4 and after a jailbreak I cannot buy or download apps in the app store. I can see all apps but there is no button to buy/ download.

Also I cannot move my app icons on the spring board. I tap & hold & nothing happens.

I also did a full restore via itunes & same problem.

Anyone else see this & know of a fix?
