    Default Disable iTunes App Sync on JB iphone4?

    Hi, I installed a handful of apps via ********* and cydia. I don't want to transfer these apps to my iTunes, so I tried disabling "Sync Apps" in iTunes, but it tells me it's going to delete all my iphone apps.

    Is there a way around this?
