I had the same problem my friend. The fix.

Do that and try it again.
***DO NOT DELTE YOUR MEDIA FILES, IPSW FILES, OR YOUR BACKUPS****
If that does not work try a different computer. When it is restored come back to the Mac with all your save syncs. Hook up your iphone and "double tap" it. You will get a menu. Select restore from back up. Follow the on screen instructions.

more than likely your restore us completing and you're just stuck in recovery mode, use tinyumbrella to kick the phone out of recovery mode and you should be good to go, at least that has been my experience with both mine and my wife's iPhone 4, it gets to around 60-80% and errors out, I just kick it out of recovery and it's good to go

Im just wondering, Do you happen to have WiFIsync installed? i had the same problem with my iphone, It kept getting stuck at 70% Restore, if you do remove wifisync.and it should work again.
