Signal Strength App

I apologize if this has been asked dozens of times, I am looking for the app that shows signal strength in the status bar for iPhone4 now that the field test was removed. I google this and only get the new "Signal" app that came out that costs 5$

if you get SBSettings and turn on the numeric Signal setting under (swipe status left for menu) -MORE > system options > Numeric GSM

Has some squares at the top showing the signal. Any idea how they did it? I PM'd them but haven't heard back?
