Upcoming 4.0.2 Jailbreak?
Has anyone heard any news that the Dev Team will be working on the 4.0.2 Jailbreak?
I need to replace my iPhone 4 today but am thinking I should not. I have read that the phones in stock at the store still have the 4.0/4.0.1 FW. Can one confirm?

Musclenerd says via twitter that the June release of redsn0w can do it, jut point it at the 4.0 firmware. I have not tried this yet

No, probably not. There's really no need to release a jailbreak and waste an exploit on 4.0.2. The next jailbreak most likely won't be released until 4.1. If then...
For the time being users are still able to freely install 4.0.1. That's even less of a need to jailbreak 4.0.2

Can someone please clearly answer yes or no as to whether or not I can downgrade to 4.0.1 on an iPhone 3G.

yes apple is still signing 4.0.1 as of this mid morning but it is no longer located on the downloads section of Apple.

So what does that mean? Or better yet, how do I go about doing it?
