meaning you hit the "i hate jailbreaking" button instead of the "make my life easier" button?

I'd like to know this too. Reinstall maybe?

I was aware that tinyumbrella could save a copy locally and that it could be used to pull a copy from Cydia but can it also reset cydia actions on the iPhone? Thereby forcing the iPhone to start saving copies remotely as well? Or is this just a work a round? And yes I tried googling before I started this thread, and found nothing on resetting the actions of Cydia in regards as to what it does with SHSHs on the iPhone.

Tinyumbrella saves them locally and on cydia's server. The way it works is when you set umbrella to cydia instead of apple it asks cydia's server for the shsh's. If cydia's server has them it sends them, if not it asks apple for them then passes them on to you while saving a copy. Once cydia's server has an shsh for a specific device it will continue to grab them for subsequent fw's
