    Default upgrading 3.1.2 to 4.0.1 iphone 3gs

i have a iphone 3gs with 3.1.2 (jailbroken & unlocked) and would like to upgrade to 4.0.1 for the first time. apple stopped signing 4.0.1 and only signs 4.0.2. is there a solution for me? i only have the shsh blob for 3.1.2 uploaded to suarik's server. thank you.

Apple is still currently signing 4.0.1. Download it from the downloads section of this site and shift+click restore to it.

OR, if your jailbreak at 3.1.2 is untethered, jailbroken by Blackra1n/Redsn0w, then you can restore to custom firmware.
