Default Can I still upgrade to 4.0.1?

Well, I have shsh saved on 3.1.3 and I'm there. Stuck on emergency call, waiting for the ... sim card to arrive which will take some time to reach here.

Is apple still signing 4.0.1? I heard that yes. If yes, custom restore? Where?

Anyway I don't know what to do, I just miss my iphone. LOL.

    Thanks
    Best Regards

Yes, as of a couple hours ago apple was still signing 4.0.1. But if your stuck on the emergency call screen what you need is a sim from an official carrier. Do you have a friend you can borrow one from for a couple minutes?

Not really, I'm from Panama. So nobody have any AT T card.
I ordered one from ebay yesterday, but it can take a couple of days or weeks, since is shipping from hong kong.

Well there's really no telling how long they will be continuing to sign it for.

So, should I upgrade it to 4.0.1? It will upgrade my baseband 2, don't really know if that is good.

No matter what firmware you install, without a sim card you'll be stuck at the emercency call screen. You can upgrade to 4.0.1 if you'd like, but do it some time soon before Apple stops signing that fw. Yes, it will upgrade your baseband, but the baseband with 4.0.1 is still unlockable.
