All my app store apps are gone

I am currently on ios 4.0.1. I have been jailbroken for about a week. I have not downlopaded too many cydia apps. Bitesms,winterboard,Sbsettings,grooveshark, and a couple themes. Yesterday I woke my phone up to discover most of my folders were empty. As I navigated around I learned that all the apps that I had installed through the app store were gone. All the native apps and the few I downloaded through cydia were intact. I wasn't doing anything at the time.

So I then synched my phone and reinstalled all my apps back to my phone. This morning the phone locked up forcing me to reboot. Upon rebooting I discovered the same issue. Not sure what is going on but surely I can't be the first one with this issue. My next plan is to restore but I'm not sure I feel like jailbreaking again. Any ideas?
