Quick Question

My 3GS is having problems and I'm wondering that if I bring it back to Apple for a new one, will jailbreakme be able to jailbreak it? Also, if it can be jb'ed, then it should be able to be unlocked via ultrasn0w, correct?

I'm sure the answer to my question is located in the forums some where, but currently I don't have time to browse them so I just posted this quick question.

I think they give you new one but only if it has serious problems.
Yes Jailbreakme can jailbreak almost every iPhone except 2G so yes you can jailbreak yours.
For unlocks i have no idea since mine is factoy unlocked to I don't use any of the unlock stuff =D

Like Robben said, it's possible to re-jailbrake. If you are having software or firmware problems, just restore it! Then you can re-jailbreak without the Apple hassle

the ringer switch was broken, i walked into apple and they gave me a brand new one
it's all jb'ed and unlocked on 4.01 with jailbreakme... it's just too easy
