Some Help Would Be Appreciated

Recently upgraded my iPhone 3G from 3.1 to OS 4 and proceeded to jailbreak via jailbreakme.

Cydia is installed and the jailbreak was successful (somewhat it seems).
After I jailbroke, connected to my PC and tried to install my apps again I'm greeted with this:



I can't seem to install anything be it cracked apps or apps I've payed for :/

Any help would be appreciated~
