Main Slider Image x2?

Hey guys...I am trying to change the main slider image (slide to unlock arrow image). I have found the file to change, but now I see that there is a "[email protected]" file. Has that always been this way and if so...what do I need to do? Does this mean that the file is 2x bigger than bottombargrayknob.png? Or is this the High Res file? Not sure how to edit this.

The 2x is the one the iphone 4 uses. 2x=twice the size. It's bigger so it looks the same size on the higher resoloution display.

That's what I was thinking. Do you know what size that is? 148 x94?

74x47 is original, correct?
