MyWi 4.0 and Rock App

I'm not exactly sure where to put this so I'm going to put it here. If I put this in the wrong place, feel free to move it. I have an iPhone 3GS with 4.01 JB with jailbreakme of course. I bought MyWi 4.0 and absolutely love it, but i HATE the rock app.

Can that be safely uninstalled and if so, what is the best way to uninstall it? And my final question is if you uninstall it, does Rock have to be there to upgrade MyWi. Sorry I have searched all over and kind find the answer to this one. Even emailed their support and the guy Tom Cross said "I don't think so"

Uninstalling rock will uninstall mywi.
