up to date 3g downgrade tutorial?
Hi I came across this downgrade tutorial How to downgrade from OS 4.0 to OS 3.1.3 on iPhone 3G but It's seems kind of old. I need to downgrade my 3g from 4.0.1 back to 3.1.3 due to poor performance issues. It has been jailbroken on 4.0.1 using the new jailbreakme.com but was never previously jb'd on 3.1.3 or any other version. I also do not have shsh saved on cydia.
So is there a simple tutorial to help me downgrade this iphone?
Also I'd like to add that I'm using a Mac.

That guide should work perfectly. Just use alt + restore instead of shift when browsing for the firmware in iTunes.
