Jailbroken. Now what?

On my old 3gs after i had jailbroken that, I could add apps to itunes, and they got synced to my phone.

When i got my new 4, i jailbroke it, but i cant get apps back to it from itunes.

What do I need to do, to get apps from itunes to the phone?
Do i need to install something extra? i have ultrasn0w, someone mentioned that.

Is there a guide to this somewhere?
