i run the forecast but since it is in Recovery mode it is not giving data i think....

i too tried many ways i'm not getting a solution...
now i got my ECID but i'm not able to get the SHSH...i tried many ways using umbrella...etc

Even i too think of updating the firmware the only concern i have is i dont have original sim since the phone is from UK and i'm from india and using it here.
so after upgrading to the latest firmware through iTunes i can still be be able to unlock or not?

plz guide me...
