help i bricked my 3gs!

i restored my iphone because jailbreak.com was not working so i did what most people said to do.. restore. Now my iphone is in emergency call mode. I previously updated to 4.0.1 so i assume im on the latest baseband but before doing so i saved my blobs to cydia using tinyumbrella.
What do I do to get this phone going?
I saved blobs to cydia while i was still on 3.1.2 and on old baseband but how to i revert back if I have to?

It's unactivated, not bricked. Put an official sim into it and re-activate. (hint: if you are in the US, you need an ATT sim)
