Settings all messed up

I don't even know how it happened. All of my original options in settings were replaced. Something called supreme preferences is in there too and I don't know where it came from.

I'll post screen shots in a minute.

Anyways, how do I fix it? I'm not sure what all changed.

Go to cydia or rock. Manage. Delete weird stuff. If you can't find it there, it's probably bad. So restore and rejailbreak

Uninstall Supreme Preferences from Cydia. It's not updated for 4.0 yet so I'm sure that's causing issues.

Supreme preferences isn't listed. Any idea what it could come packaged with?

Looks like supreme preferences installs WebViewControler along with it.

Not quite sure what that one does either, but I just checked and it's not installed on my phone so it's something that got installed probably when you installed something else. Try removing it, see what happens.

I swapped themes to one I made and it got rid of it. Weird...
