I have been trying for days and days to get ahold of their support so i can register my imei and get a activation code but nothing. I have emailed sales and support from the original email and from their website but they don't even respond. Are they still in business or is this business as usual for them?

if they wont respond about getting my paid license working on my i4, then i can at least give them some bad publicity.
