Cydia unable to overwrite rockapp.app loop. Help!
So cydia has in it's que to install rockap. There is no way on the phone to remove that from it queque. Also if I try to install anything it tries to do the first item in the que, which is rockapp and it crashes.
I've used ifunbox to delete the file it's trying to overwrite and 100 other fixes I've read here.
Anyone who's fixed this who can help? Thanks.
**EDIT**
Sorry for unlcearness, that was typed on my iphone.
I have Cydia installed and i do NOT have Rockapp installed.
The suggested meathod of unqueing it does not work in Cydia. When you do the Unque process it just doesnt unque it. It looks like it does, but it stays qued.
I've attatched a photo of the error I recieve.
tHanks for the help.Last edited by Krashx6; 08-04-2010 at 09:12 AM.

You could try going onto the rock app in cydia, click where it normally says install and there should be a clear button

unable to clear :/ It just doesnt clear it even though I go through the steps.
I was hoping there was a way to manually clear the que by like editing a file in the file system.

Huh, never seen that before lol, have you tried rebooting?, cause I think you might have to restore and re-jailbreak, unless someone else as a answer..

My guess is you also need to remove "com.elpelle6.norock" either through Cydia (first try this) or SSH and axe both packages manually... Rock's probably in cache (/var/cache/apt) and IDK where the other one would be, might be in /Applications, might be in /etc/apt, maybe in /var/mobile/Applications.
PS: Uh, that elpelle6 package wouldn't be a package designed to enable piracy by circumventing the Rock licensing system, now would it?
