FiveIRow/FCSB/any other number of icon modding downloads not working.

So I've jailbroken my iPhone 4 running 4.0.1 and I can't get fiveirows (with or without gui) or five-column spring board or six or seven to work at all. I'm not the greatest with anything too technical, so I can't figure this out. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

I'm having the same issue on my ipod touch 4gen with OS4.1. Five Dock Icon & Five Column Springboard works but the FiveIRows doesn't work whether I use the gui or not. And none of the battery themes work, also not all of the UI themes work only part of them. Is it just the just the OS or can it be fixed.
