iPhone 3G Restore Error 3194

Hi, i'm facing same problem...

i have a 3GS with fw 3.1.2 (jailbreaked, unlocked) and i've done a "erase all data", after that...my phone keeps showing the apple logo and do nothing, in iTunes i see the phone (i can sync it to with music s.a.m.d.) but nothing more, i tried to do a restore to 3.1.2 fw and i've got the 3194 error, i don't have shsh saved, what can i do in this case?

I don't understand why you never saved your SHSH, Only thing i could suggest trying is - iRecovery, IF not then you will have to update to the new Firmware. Maybe making a Custom Sn0wbreeze iOS 4.1 and see if that install (can only try), and do it in recovery mode, if that dont work try DFU mode.
