How to Permanently Fix: "Error: Refreshing Data" in Cydia?

Here's the full message I get every time I open Cydia:

Error: Refreshing Data

GPG error:
http://overloadnetwork.com ./
Release: The following signatures
were invalid: NODATA 1 NODATA 2

Failed to fetch
http://overloadnetwork.com/cydia/./P
ackages.bz2  Sub-process
/bin/bzip2 returned an error code (2)

Some index files failed to download,
they have been ignored, or old ones
used instead.

How do I fix this and make sure everything is updating properly?

Go to cydia, search "cyfix (without quotation marks) and install the package...the problem will go away immediately!

y'all might want to move this to pm's since talk about/help with/links to warez/pirated apps and the repos that host them are not allowed on these forums

I'm giving up anyways. I tried to send a pm to one person and it said they weren't a member.
