Help, phone is stuck in safe mode loop

I have a 3gs (unjailbreakable) model I was installing a new theme when I crashed and went to safe mode, now I cant get out and I'm following the directions.. Says to use rock to disable substrate sbsettings.dylib ... but everything I try doesnt help, even tried uninstalling sbsettings, rock, extensions, etc..

do u have ifile
if so go to private/var/cache/apt/archives

and the deb for ur theme will be there
click it and press installer.
then it should be fixed.
if it isnt
psot all ur mobile substrate addons that u have

if you have WinSPC use that to find the last file that put it in safe mode and then delete that file
