I've broken the screen- help with reset

Hi fellas.

I've dropped my iphone and broken the screen,

I use this phone for work and cant be without it.

I am going into the Apple store at some point to get it repaired.

This phone is jailbroken with Blackrain.

How do I put it back to factory settings before the repair?

Ok. tried to restore in itunes and got:

server error (94): This device isn't eligible for the requested build.

_AMRAuthInstallCopyPreflightOptions: failed to personalize bundle (3194)
iTunes: Restore error 3194

Tried in DFU mode and got:
